Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the problem and find a solution.


Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted products or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new separate order for the desired item.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods were shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing and displaying the refund by your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
